TOUR RULES

Tour order:

At least 14 days in advace of the required date (after mutual agreement possible to arrange in a shorter time) in writing to the Náchod brewery – contact person: sales brewer – Mr. Pavel Kořínek tel. 491 407 240 (-251), fax: 491 428 079, e-mail: pavel.korinek@primator.cz or exkurse@primator.cz (preliminarily possible by telephone, subsequently necessary to confirm).

Order structure:

Date, time, number of people, tour extent including any contingent requirements for other services – refreshments or gift items, contact and responsible person. The Náchod brewery will render in writing (in the same form as the order) a confirmation of requirements within 5 working days from the order receipt. In case the exact agreed arrival time is not met, the Náchod brewery is entitled to change the start time.

Minimum number of people:
10 (for a classic tour without refreshments including the vagon) and 25 (for occupancy of the visitor centre)
Maximum number of people: 120

In case of refreshment arrangements and interest in purchasing products or promotional material it is necessary to confirm the total number of people and its extent at least 5 working days in advance.
Visitors younger than 15 years have access only if accompanied by a person older than 18 years of age.

Interpretation:

Persons interested in a tour and special commentary in a language other than English are required to ensure their own interpreter.

Possible terms:

Monday – Thursday 14.00 - 17.00 (after agreement possible to undertake the tour at a different time)
Friday – Sunday (previous arrangement necessary)

Time extent – tour length:

• Own basic tour in production with commentary max. 1 hour
• Own basic tour in production with commentary max. 1 hour, sitting including tasting in a period vagon from the first republic or visitor centre – 1 hour – total time 2 hours.
• Own basic tour in production with commentary max. 1 hour, sitting including tasting and refreshments and sale of gift or promotional items in the visitor centre – total time based on special agreement
• Own basic tour in production with commentary max. 1 hour, sitting including tasting of an agreed amount and kind of tap beer and entertainment at the visitor centre – total time based on special agreement

Note:

Tasting is only offered to visitors 18 years or older
Operating hours during outdoor sitting – maximum until 20.00

Responsibilities of the tour participants:

At arrival to announce the number of people and that the responsible person stated in the order form provides a list of participants for the security agency and invoicing.

Prices:

See appropriate price list for the given time period
Taking photos allowed without a fee.

Cancellation terms:

We accept cancellations 2 days before the tour date. In case these cancellation terms are not kept, we charge 200,- Kč/tour – group. Payment is possible in cash or with an advance invoice paid ahead of time.

Coach parking:

Near the brewery complex – after 15:00 directly in our own complex.
