The new Primátor training centre
PRIMÁTOR brewery has started a new training program aimed at promoting beer and culinary culture. The goal of this project is to increase theoretical and practical knowledge about beer for the professional and the general public. You are welcome to try out the basics of proper beer handling and tapping and gain insight into the world of beer aroma and flavour. With us you can elevate the mere drinking of beer into a real experience.
In addition to a detailed introduction to classic Czech beer production all participants will learn the basics of sensory evaluation of practical samples from PRIMÁTOR beers portfolio. Their skills will be equipped to communicate knowledgeably about beer with customers and consumers.
What the courses offer:
1. Production technology of classic Czech beer – a brewery excursion at PRIMÁTOR to get familiar with traditional Czech beer production
2. Handling beer in gastronomy - storage conditions for beer, means of pressurising, sanitation, tapping aesthetics and practical test tapping
3. Types of beer and beer tasting – sensory tasting evaluation of beer and the basics of being a beer sommelier.
The courses are designed for barmen, landlords and owners of pubs, restaurants, and hotels as well as vocational schools and the general public.
Each course participant will receive a corresponding certificate upon course completion.
