PRIMÁTOR Náchod brewery tours – a popular tourist attraction

brewhouse of the brewery PRIMÁTOR

Brewery visits are a very popular tourist attraction and on the increase in recent years. We have welcomed over 700 visitors through our gates in the first quarter of this year. According to last year´s figures, there were more 3,000 visitors (tourists or beer enthusiasts) to Primáror and a third of these were from abroad. Most came from nearby Poland followed by Denmark, Russia and Germany.

Pavel Kořínek, our Commercial Brewer, has been giving tours for a good many years and he always includes the parts of the brewery essential to traditional Czech brewing. Visitors go through the brew house, see the open fermentation tanks, lagering cellars, cooling and filtration areas, and the bottling plant. Guests who book an optional beer tasting continue on to the visitor centre to sample line of fifteen kinds of Primátor´s beers, two flavoured Chipper beers, or five sorts of lemonades.

Additional information and booking details for individuals and groups can be found at Don´t forget to tick Saturday, May 17th on your calendar if you would like to tour our brewery and hear some great live music. It´s a “Day at PRIMÁTOR” when our gates open to all at eleven o´clock for hourly tours and a line up of popular bands. Click here for program.
