PRIMÁTOR ENGLISH PALE ALE
Our Pale Ale is a top-fermented beer, produced from barley malt with a small amount of coloured malted wheat and also from unmalted corn, which is rarely used for brewing even in England.
The beer is brewed using infusion technology and has a dark amber colour with a rounded malty character. Pale Ale is characterised by its rich hoppy aroma and specific bitter taste of original British hops, which are rougher in comparison with Žatec hops, and their unique grassy aroma leaves a dry slightly bitter aftertaste on the palate. This unusual hoppy variety provides the Ale with its characteristic lightness, freshness and head, which is typical for English Ale. The tang of this beer is weaker in comparison with Czech lagers.
Now, all you need to do is place a knotted hanky on your head, take the cap off your English Pale Ale (nicely chilled to 10-13°C) and raise your glass to your lips!
Core blimey!! Just like being in England! Except it won’t cost you an arm and a leg!
CHEERS!
